management system. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences
and has over 8 years of experience in Food industry.
As a major premier retail market retailer, Dairy Farm is dedicated to providing superior food products that enhances the lives and well being of our customers. Assuring the safety and quality of our food products whether fresh or processed is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature, a significant part of our effort had been deployed to the first category. We take the "FROM FARM TO FORK" approach. Traceability is one of the key elements in Quality / Safety Management System. We have work with LSCM on -Livestock Traceability Project with the aims to establish a better traceability system. |
