Stephen has more than 30 years of experience in logistics management mainly dealing with food and non-food fast moving consumer goods, healthcare product, luxury goods, cosmetics and different types of commodities across various industries. He is not only managing procurement and logistics operations but is also marketing third party logistics services for many years.

He was the General Manager of Logistics of DKSH (new name of Edward Keller). Prior to joining Edward Keller, Stephen had worked for Citizen, MacMillan, Estee Lauder, and Dairy Farm Company where he managed the logistics functions for Sims Trading, Mannings and Oliver's Supersandwich and Delicatessen.

After working for quite some years in the logistics operations, Stephen has started his own business in late 2007. He is currently offering 3PL, consulting and training services.

Stephen is also a frequent speaker in public seminars and conferences and is appointed as advisor or committee member by various public and government bodies such as City University of Hong Kong, Trade Development Council, Caritas Logistics Centre, and GS1 Hong Kong etc.

He is the fellow member, current Chairman of Program Committee, and former Chairman of the Institute of Purchasing & Supply of Hong Kong; Founding Member, former Vice-Chairman and currently Council Member of Hong Kong Logistics Association.

Stephen holds Hong Kong Polytechnic's Diploma in Purchasing & Supply, RMIT's Bachelor degree in Transport & Logistics Management, and HKUST's Master degree in Global Logistics Management.
