	Payment Information
	1. Please issue a crossed cheque payable to "GS1 Hong Kong Limited". 2. Please write your name, phone number and company name at the back of the cheque. The cheque should be, accompanied by the printed registration confirmation email from the Event Secretariat, sent to the address of our Event Secretariat: MP International (HKG) Limited, Pico House, 4 Dai Fu Street, Tai Po Industrial Estate, N.T., Hong Kong, with the attention of "GS1 Hong Kong SCM Excellence Summit 2008".

	Registration Payment Policy
	Full payment of your registration fee is required prior to attending the summit. An official receipt will be issued upon request.

	Cancellation and Substitution Policy
	Should you cancel your registration on or before 26 September, 2008, GS1 Hong Kong Limited will refund 50% of the fee. No refund will be given after 26 September, 2008. However, substitutions are welcome at any time. Should a refund be necessary, the full fee will be refunded to the registrant(s) who have paid by cheque. Should a local storm or rainstorm warning signal is hoisted before the summit, at No. 8 or above, or at a black rainstorm signal respectively, the summit will be suspended immediately. The organizer will schedule another date for the summit and no refund will be made. Should such signals be hoisted during the summit, the situation will be dealt with based on the conditions at that time and in all cases, no refunds will be made.
